Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact our Customer service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) for exchange or refund. Please note that we only accept products in their original condition with original packet and tag should be intact. For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
You are eligible to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. You must obtain ‘Proof’ of damage by taking pictures and send it to [email protected]. Once our customer service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. When we received the returned item(s), we will process your request immediately. It may takes approximately 10 to 15 business days for the refunds to be credited to your bank account, depending on your bank or payment services. For replacement of item, it may takes 2 to 4 weeks to process and resend the item back to you.
