Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact our Customer service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) for exchange or refund. Please note that we only accept products in their original condition with original packet and tag should be intact. For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
You are eligible to get a refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. You must obtain ‘Proof’ of damage by taking pictures and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our customer service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. When we received the returned item(s), we will process your request immediately. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Any refund may be made in full or in part at the sole discretion of Shinygemlight. There are no refunds for shipping cost, if any.
For replacement of item, it may takes 2 to 4 weeks to process and resend the item back to you.
